  • Conduct game evaluation, market research, competitor analysis, and user research to select high-potential titles

About Me

A PM who ships,
thinks, and writes.

I'm Do Phuong Nhu, a Product Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City. I love the messy, human side of building products — the user interviews that go sideways, the metrics that tell a surprising story, the feature debates that make you sharper.

My journey started in Business Analysis at a PMS startup, where I learned that talking to users isn't optional — it's the job. Converting 50+ clients through direct interviews showed me how much impact a well-run discovery process can have.

Now at Zalo Game Centre, I own the full game lifecycle — from discovery and evaluation to publishing and post-launch optimization. I care about business outcomes, not just output.

Outside work, I compete in product challenges (5 awards and counting), and I'm building this blog to share what I'm learning in public.
